Energy is needed to run the body. Everything runs on energy.
So, how do we get this energy? We do it with something called metabolism. Metabolism is a fancy word for burning food to make energy. The key thing to know about metabolism is that it needs certain vitamins and minerals in order to work properly. Whenever someone has a metabolism problem that just means that they have a deficiency in some vitamin or mineral or some other body chemical. All they have to do to correct their problem is find out what they are missing and then supplement that thing and their metabolism will improve.
Over the years I have seen patients with many different ailments and one of the most common complaints that accompany most of them is "lack of energy". Therefore, I had to become somewhat of an expert at handling this. What I found was that there are 3 keys to correcting a low energy body.
1. Clean up your internal organs so the body is not constantly fighting excessive amounts of toxins. A toxic body uses up the vitamins and minerals that are needed for metabolism and the person will be left with low energy.
2. Eat foods that you are not sensitive to. Testing for food sensitivities is an exact science and it is surprisingly easy to do without needles or blood work. It is not uncommon for a person to have a complete turn around in their health simply from eliminating 1 or 2 foods that they are sensitive to. Most people are unaware of these sensitivities so I want to be very clear here. I have learned in all my years of education, research and practice (with over 7,000 patients) that this one factor has been the largest barrier that stands between people and their health. Especially low energy! So I am not exaggerating when I tell you that this is the most important factor - #1. Eating foods that you are sensitive to (whether you know about them or not) causes by far the majority of the diseases people have. Additionally, it causes the internal organs to become toxic and leads to vitamin and mineral deficiencies and imbalances. Learn how to test yourself.
3. Supplement ONLY the vitamins and minerals that you need. Now, how do you know what you need? Can you be sure what to take just from reading an article or because a friend or neighbor told you about some new vitamin? Do you know how many people have just given up and quit the whole vitamin scene because of no results? There are several reasons for this:
a. Took the wrong supplement in the first place. Never needed it. Had plenty of it.
b. Took inferior supplements that were made poorly so they can't work even if they are the right ones.
c. Took the wrong amounts - Too much or too little.
d. By taking one that they are not deficient in causes an imbalance in another vitamin or mineral.
e. Wrong information from a doctor, book, or article.
The key is making sure you are testing yourself properly so you avoid sensitive foods, take the right supplements, and know the best way to clean up your internal organs. Learn more about how to test yourself to get more energy!
