Delicious, Easy, low carb pancakes
I make these by memory and I just remember the number four and they come out great every time.
4 ounces of cream cheese
1 cup of almond flour
Optional ingredient items: Dash of vanilla flavoring, Teaspoon of baking powder, and a sweetener like monkfruit (my favorite sweetener).
Combine ingredients in blender and cook like regular pancakes. If batter appears too runny, add a little more almond flour. Serve with lots of butter. I poach a couple eggs on the side.
